• Danielle Lindler

    Danielle, a sixth-generation Californian, graduated in 1997 with a B.S in Forestry with an emphasis in Forest Production and a minor in Environmental Ethics from Humboldt State University. She is chairman of the Siskiyou County Planning Commission and is a member of the Professional Foresters Exam Committee under the State Board of Forestry. She is the past Program coordinator for the Forest Vegetation Management Conference, past Chairman of the California Growth & Yield Modeling Cooperative and is a member of numerous professional forestry organizations. Her career passion is in reforestation.
    She has been married for 23 years and has two teenage sons. They have resided in Siskiyou County since 1998.

  • Dustin Lindler

    Born and raised in Burney, California Dustin is at least the fifth generation of family rooted in the timber business. He’s a graduate of Shasta College and Humboldt State University. He’s been managing operations at JRC for over two decades and provides most final oversight on the “traditional” forestry operations undertaken by the company. When in the office he wishes he was in the woods, somewhere out of cell coverage.

  • Tina Stewart

    Tina has guided and managed the full spectrum of JRC’s HR and accounting operations since 2013. She holds a MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay and has more than 20 years of experience in business management and administration. She enjoys working with JRC’s leadership team and is always striving to be better. Tina is a Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional, and holds a SHRM California Law Specialty Badge. Tina enjoys singing and hiking or swimming with her four sons, husband, dog, and two cats.

  • Mike Tadlock

    Mike has worked as a licensed forester in California for more than 22 years and has more than 30 years of experience in forest management. He has successfully prepared and administered dozens of projects for private landowners and has lead inventory, reforestation, GIS, and botanical resource departments managing thousands of acres of industrial timberland. He holds a B.S. In Forestry from Humboldt State University and currently serves on the board of the California Licensed Foresters Association.

  • Dewey Robbins

    Dewey began his forestry education at Sierra College in 2001 and graduated from Humboldt State University in 2004 with a B.S. in Forestry with a minor in Environmental Ethics. He was born and raised in Siskiyou County and has practiced forestry there for 19 years, leading crews of technicians and managing countless projects on both public and private ownerships. For Dewey, trees are not just plants, but organisms he feels deeply connected to.

  • Cameron Miller

    Cameron serves as JRC’s Forester for Shasta County and surrounding areas. He attended Humboldt State University and graduated with honors. Cameron has worked in multiple aspects of forestry but specializes in permit writing, timber cruising, operation logistics, and layout. He lives in Redding with his beautiful wife and family.

  • Colin Wong

    Orginally from the SF East Bay Area, Colin graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2017 with a B.S. in Forestry and Natural Resources and a minor in GIS , transitioning from working as a research assistant to contract timber cruising in western Oregon and Montana, before moving back to California in 2019 to work for JRC, obtaining his RPF license in 2023. He specializes in CEQA permitting and grant applications, and is particularly interested in pyrosilviculture.

  • Brian Hoy

    A seventh generation cattleman and grandson to former county supervisor, Bill Hoy, Brian has deep roots in Siskiyou County. His forestry career began in 2011 with Jefferson Resource Company as a seasonal forestry technician, marking timber and supervising crews across Northern California. Brian has held a log scaling certification with Mountain Western Log Scaling and Grading Bureau since 2017 and an ISA Arborist certification since 2019. Brian works as a crew leader and administers reforestation contracts for JRC. On the weekends he spends his time with his wife and kids or working on the family ranch.

  • Adam Nemec

    Senior Biologist

    Adam has over 12 years of professional wildlife and forestry experience throughout California and Oregon and leads the majority of botanical and wildlife survey efforts for JRC’s clients. In addition to managing Northern spotted owl programs and nesting bird survey programs on an ongoing basis for several landowners in California, Adam also has years of experience conducting USFS FIA cruising and carbon inventory check-cruises. Adam graduated from Humboldt State University with a B.S. in Wildlife Biology and Conservation Management with an emphasis in Botany in 2011. In his free time Adam enjoys watching his home team, the Buffalo Bills.

  • Mandy Twitchell

    Mandy has called Mount Shasta home for more than 20 years, and is a prolific explorer of Siskyou County along with her son; she can usually be found outside backpacking, paddle boarding, snowboarding, or foraging for edible plants and fungi. She also enjoys cooking, woodworking, writing, and all things tree-related. Mandy has a diverse, multi-disciplinary background including experience in laboratory management, education, biology, construction, and outdoor facility maintenance. Mandy holds a Masters in Environmental Science from Oregon State University with a minor and certification in GIS, following a lifelong appreciation for maps in her outdoor adventures.
